The movie "Barbie" directed by Greta Gerwig has left people with dilemmas and of course, from dilemmas also arise different theories. The latest one explaining why Barbie (Margot Robbie) isn't romantically interested in Ken (Ryan Gosling) has gone pretty viral.

One person on TikTok said that Barbie does not express interest in Ken because of a conversation with Gloria (America Ferrera). In one scene, Gloria says she doesn't think Barbie needs a Ken doll and later, Barbie herself says the same.

Many people have agreed with the theory. "I hadn't noticed, but it makes a lot of sense," wrote one, while another said he wished he had a pad with him to take notes while watching the film and analyze them later.
Meanwhile, the comments section turned into a "hotbed of theories," with one person commenting that Barbie doesn't like Ken because to her, he's just "an accessory," referring to the phrase: "She's everything. He's just Ken".

Someone else said that maybe this is because Barbie is inspired by Barbara, the daughter of the creator, Ruth Handler, while Ken, by her son.
Greta herself has not reacted and lets us wander from one theory to another.
