A tiny handbag measuring just 657 x 222 x 700 microns (or less than 0.0762 cm wide) sold for over $63,000 at an online auction on Wednesday.
The bag, which is barely visible to the naked eye, is fluorescent yellow-green and is based on a well-known Louis Vuitton design - but it is not a product of the luxury brand.
MSCHF, the group that produced the bag, claims it is narrow enough to fit through the eye of a needle and is smaller than a grain of sea salt.
The bag was sold together with a microscope equipped with a digital screen through which it can be viewed.
So at least the buyer can see it.
