Dojna Mema has made a clarification on the statement where she said: "I am not a Serb, far from it!", which sparked a lot of criticism and discussions on the network. Thus, Dojna, through several posts on InstaStory, expressed:
"I don't know why recently everything I post on social networks is a controversy for a certain number (of people). Specifically, I reposted a story where my image was misused and I had written: "I am not a Serb (far from it)", when I see you, I receive a flood of messages in my inbox saying: "You are not ashamed, you you are a public figure"; "It incites racial hatred."
Then he added:
“Now people, don't be short-tempered. Serbia is a country that has raped, killed, slaughtered our blood, the Albanians of Kosovo, and for how long, they don't take a step back and say: "Yes, we did it!" Yes, we massacred, invaded, killed and abused, there can be no handover and say: "Yes, now we can talk like civilized people".
Dojna concluded the video by saying:
"We are talking about a country which, to this day, teaches children from the school banks with the history, saying that "Kosovo is Serbia". So, "far from being a Serb" is the minimum I can say, with all due respect." She added that people should not become more Catholic than the Pope, in cases where they seek peace from a massacred state.
Further, the moderator published another post, where she wrote:
"One more thing: "Kosovo War" is a wrong concept! There was no war. War is when two armies fight for territory. Raping mothers and killing children is called MASSACRE!".
