Some Ways You Can Improve Overthinking

Overthinking - an unhealthy habit that usually causes more stress by focusing on negative thoughts, thinking only about the past and worrying about the future. Instead of solving problems, you ruminate on an issue without coming up with a logical solution.

How to stop overthinking?
