Singer Nita Latifi has described Zhaklin Lekatar's last action as "living hypocrisy".
It all started when Zhaklin Lekatari posted a status on Twitter, where he wrote: "Telling the truth in a time of deception is a revolutionary action."
One commenter wrote: "Zhako, girl, I love you, but stay safe."
After that, Lekatari replied: "I am very sure, in a country where there are no Albanians."
Referring to later posts on social networks, the place where Zhaklina was located was Serbia.
"Living hypocrisy. Got it!!!” wrote Nita Latifi on Instagram. The singer also posted the message of one of her followers.
"But today with this post, exactly today dated 14.05.2023, on the 24th anniversary of one of the biggest massacres in Kosovo, that of Qyshku i Peja, where my fellow villagers were burned alive, Zhaklina broke my heart like 24 years ago today. For Zhaklina, this means nothing, because Zhaklina has not been killed, massacred, burned or raped in front of anyone."
As you can understand, people are revolted and have considered as a provocation the fact that Zhaklina says that she "feels safe in a country where there are no Albanians", while it is about one of the least friendly countries with Albanians, responsible for crimes most violent in the history of Kosovo.
