Even Hailey publicly thanks Selena and talks about the whole situation created!

In a post on Instastory, Hailey publicly thanked Selena after the latter's statement .

"I want to thank Selena for speaking up as she and I have been discussing for the past few weeks how to move past this situation that's going on between us."

The 26-year-old model continued:

"The past few weeks have been very difficult for everyone involved and millions of people have seen so much hate around, which is so damaging. While social media is a fantastic way to connect and build communities, moments how these only create extreme divisions instead of bringing people together."

Further, Hailey writes:

"Things can always be taken out of context or interpreted differently. We all need to be more careful about what we post and say, myself included.

In the end, I believe that love will always outweigh hate and negativity, and there is always an opportunity to meet each other with more empathy and compassion."
