"Friends" star Courteney Cox talked about fillers and the effect they cause on the "Gloss Angeles" podcast.

"It's the domino effect. You see yourself in the mirror and you say, 'Oh, I look beautiful' and you don't understand what you look like to outsiders," she said, adding that to her she looked "normal" but to others, not so much. .

After applying too many fillers to her face, the Friends star said she had to have them removed. "Thank God, they can be removed. I overdid it and now, I'm very lucky, as I was able to remove them". After that, Cox said she now accepts her age and the process of change that time brings.

Cox has also spoken about facial fillers and the "obsession" with looking younger. "I tried so hard to look young and in fact, I made things worse!", then emphasized that she has embraced her natural appearance.

In February of last year, Cox said: "There are moments when you think you're changing and you're looking older. I tried to follow the youth for years. I didn't realize that I looked really weird with injections and things done to my face."

Courteney Cox today has no fillers and is more proud of her age and appearance.
