
Emily Ratajkowski is increasingly opening up about her split from ex-husband Sebastian Bear McClard, with whom she has a 2-year-old son, Sylvester.
"I didn't have the courage to leave for a long time. I was very unhappy. I was about 45 kilograms, I had given birth to a child, I was very thin because I was not okay. Before I left that marriage, I tried everything to cure myself. I took antidepressants. I was sure there was something wrong with me," said the model.
She added:
“I think what I've learned from this event is that you have to trust your instincts. Gaslighting is real."
Emily also talked about how women are persuaded by the media to find a partner. "Every bit of media we consume from the second we are born is practically the idea of ??finding a partner who completes and values ??us. I think I was part of that, plus, I had just become a mother and I really wanted to have a family, so it was very difficult to leave," she said, adding that a myriad of things happened that led to her decision to got divorced.
He also gave a message to women: "Duh, men are trash, girls! It doesn't matter who you are or how perfect you are. One piece of advice I would give to women who want to break up is that you will be surprised how much simpler life will be after the break up. I didn't understand how important it was to come back to myself, how beautiful it was when I saw the world, understood things, my instincts".
Since their famous split in 2022, Emily has been rumored to be dating Brat Pitt, DJ Orazio Rispo, as well as comedians Pete Davidson and Eric Andre.
