After the tomatoes have softened, add the minced garlic and leave it on the fire for 1 minute. Remove the pan from the heat and add the olives and oregano. Try it if it needs salt and pepper. Grease the pan that we will use for baking with a little olive oil and put the tomatoes and olives in it. Marinate the fish fillets with salt and black pepper and place them on top of the tomatoes.
Pour a spoonful of olive oil on top and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 20-25 minutes
