Although Phillips is a professional who has done makeup for Hailey Bieber, Kim Kardashian, Jennifer Lopez, etc., this secret of hers for the contour is quite simple and can be done even by those who are not masters of makeup.
Typically, we apply foundation and concealer before moving on to contouring and bronzer products. Hailey's makeup artist is making sure to do the complete opposite.
She starts with the outline first, to continue with the rest. Result? A makeup that fits the face perfectly.
