The next show in Big Brother Albania VIP started with Luiz's story and the rare disease he told Kiara about.
In the confession room, Luiz said that the whole confession made to Kiara is "the story of a friend". So, he is the one who has the tumor
"There comes a moment when one will talk about other people, outside the home, without saying names."
In tears, Luiz's goal is to financially help his friend with the cure, and this is one of the reasons why he entered Big Brother.
However, Luiz's narration was in the first person - which caused confusion among residents, viewers and of course Arbana.
