Kim Kardashian doesn't tolerate when it comes to social media for her 9-year-old daughter. North West can use TikTok, but under Kim's rules.

In short, North can use TikTok, but only on my phone. He doesn't comment and you don't see what she wants. So everything is controlled by Kim while North uses the joint address they both have.
