A "prank" (joke) has sparked a debate in the house of Big Brother VIP Kosova. Alisa gathered all the residents at the table to give them an important news. She told them she was pregnant and a few minutes later, explained it was just a "prank".
The couple's joke lasted a while, but Gjon Karrica (Lugati) did not receive it at all well.
"It's a 0.0 taste level joke. Death and birth are no joke. I hate people who want to do anything for a little attention," he said.
When it comes to situations that we may or may not joke about, opinions can be very relative. For years, various YouTubers have been pranking their partners about being pregnant. Saying you're pregnant - also used as an April Fool's joke.
However, just because this joke continues to be made, doesn't mean it should. There are several reasons for this, but the most important is to show a sign of respect to relatives (or in this case the entire audience) who have lost a child, or who cannot have a child.
Such jokes can be very painful for them. Moreover, we never know which people have experienced miscarriages or have infertility problems, and the joke can be directed at them even if not on purpose.
Although, the idea behind the couple's prank was certainly not malicious, it would be nice if there was more awareness of such pranks.
