Lisa Kudrow, who played the role of Phoebe in the famous series "Friends", said that at the time, she felt insecure about her body.
"I thought I was too weak. Now I look at the photos and say, "Wow, the photos distort reality," Lisa said, adding that when she was playing Phoebe on "Friends," she realized she didn't look like she thought.
Asked what made her insecure about her looks, Kudrow candidly admitted that the bodies of other actresses, Jennifer Aniston (who played Rachel Green) and Courteney Cox (Monica Geller), made her feel insecure. .
"Just seeing myself on the show, seeing my body dressed and Courteney's and Jennifer's," said the actress.
She also added that she thought that other actresses looked better than her and initially, she had the impression that this happened because of their knowledge in sewing materials based on body shapes, until she discovered that in fact, this was not the reason.
"I'm not trying to say I was overweight, because I wasn't. I just had no idea of ??the shape of my current body", said Lisa, but confessed that she has now learned to accept and love her body.
"I just realized: 'Oh, it's okay. This is what I look like and it's okay. Do what you have to do to be healthy,'" said the actress.
