Step 1: Write the birthday in numerical order, where the month is placed first, then the date, and finally, the year. For example: October 3, 1992 will become 10/03/2992.
Step 2: Reduce these digits to single digits. To do this you need to add together the number 10: 1+0=1; 3 will be left as 3 as it is currently a single number and since 1992 we will get the number 21. (1+9+9+2= 21.) Then, to get a single number from 21 we will add together 2+1= 3.
Step 3: Add up the numbers. In our example we have 1,3,3. So the number of life is 7. If in your case the result is a two-digit number, you will continue the addition until a single number is completed.
Addendum: The only exceptions to this case are the numbers 11, 22, 33, which are considered "divine numbers" in numerology. If you end up with one of these numbers, you don't need to reduce them to a single 1.
