Varicose veins tend to form and develop when the tiny valves inside our varicose veins no longer perform their former function.
Veins are soft structures, they have no protective walls and the pressure exerted causes them to expand as blood passes through. But how can we cure them naturally?

Take a few cloves of garlic and crush them until they turn into a mass. Then add some olive oil and lemon. Leave it for 10-12 hours and then with a cotton ball apply it to the area 2 times a day for at least 1 month.
4. Cabbage
Cabbage also helps improve and strengthen the veins. Take 3 layers of it and put them in a blender. With the resulting juice, rub your feet 3 times a day.
