This week the world's population will hit 8 billion and people are asking Nick Cannon to stop contributing to that number.
The comedian currently has 10 children and two more on the way.
The United Nations confirmed earlier this week that the global population would reach 8 billion people on November 15 and continue to grow, according to the intergovernmental organization.
The head of the United Nations Population Fund, Natalia Kanem, said:
"Eight billion people is an important milestone for humanity. However, I understand that this moment may not be celebrated by everyone. Some express concern that our world is overpopulated. I am here to tell you that the number of great human life is no cause for fear."
In 1950, the number of people on Earth was about 2.5 billion, three times less than the expected global number of people next week.
The UN has predicted that the global population will continue to grow to about 8.5 billion in 2030, 9.7 billion in 2050 and about 10.4 billion in the 2080s where it is expected to peak.
In a tweet posted about world population, one person retweeted it by writing "STOPPPPP @NickCannon".
