This movie is not for the faint of heart, but it seems ideal for those who like mystery, crime genres.
"The Good Nurse" is about Amy Loughren (played by Jessica Chastain), a single mother who works as a night shift nurse while battling a heart condition.
Loughren quickly becomes suspicious of her friend and associate Charles Cullen (played by Eddie Redmayne) after a series of mysterious deaths.
"The Good Nurse" is based on the true story of serial killer Cullen, who admitted to killing up to 40 patients during his 16-year career at multiple US hospitals.
The serial killer was finally caught in 2003 and is now serving a life sentence in New Jersey.
Despite the terrifying death toll, experts warn that Cullen may have actually killed hundreds of people, although the serial killer has never admitted it.
Loughren is also a real person, and in an interview with Sky News, Chastain praised the real-life nurse for exposing Cullen while she was dealing with many struggles in her own life.
