Attack hidden muscles 

The abdomen has several muscles, but the ones hidden under the surface are the most important to have a "noodle" stomach look. Strengthening this muscle group is like wearing a good corset. These muscles are not only weak in many women, but most of them do not know how to exercise them.

Choose the right foods 

Replace sugars with proteins, such as meat, fish, dairy, as they can reduce your belly fat. Eliminate processed sugar, which is found in foods such as baked goods, sodas, fruit drinks, and fruit yogurt. This translates into 325 fewer calories each day. Choose foods like olives, different seeds or avocado. Don't forget that these foods help you "vent". Broccoli should be a daily choice for everyone. 

Planned exercises 

It is not said to exercise every day. Three sessions a week are enough for maximum results. You may have more success when you give your muscles a day to rest. Overexertion of this muscle group means that it takes more days to get stronger.

Repeat more than 15 to 20 times per exercise. If the abdominal muscles are the most important for you, then when you go to the gym, devote most of your time to them.
