Despite the many options, many women around the world wear the wrong amount of prescriptions. While it may seem like an inappropriate prescription is not that much of a problem, keeping them on a regular basis can seriously affect your health.
1. Back, neck and chest pain
Studies say that prescriptions with the wrong amount can cause numerous health problems. The most common are back, neck and breast pain. Ill-fitting bras fail to provide good support and cause excessive pressure on the strap, which can lead to incorrect body posture and, as a result, pain in various parts of the torso.
2. Headache
The extra pressure caused by a small prescription can also lead to headaches. If the bra doesn't fit properly, the weight of the breasts stretches the bra straps and puts extra pressure on the shoulders, which can cause neck pain and headaches.
3. Deformation of the shoulders
Studies say that long-term carrying of small prescriptions puts so much pressure on the soft tissues of the shoulder that it can cause deformity.
4. Skin problems
Bras that are too large, on the other hand, may not provide enough support, causing damage to the skin of the breast and back area.
