The Queen's funeral on Monday will be one of the biggest gatherings of royals and politicians staged in the UK for decades.
Invitations were made over the weekend, with around 500 heads of state and foreign dignitaries expected to attend.
Most of the leaders have been asked to arrive on commercial flights and have been told they will be bussed en masse from an area west of London.
The ceremony at Westminster Abbey has a capacity for around 2,200 people.
Who will NOT attend the funeral?
Representatives from Syria, Venezuela and Afghanistan have not been invited, UK government sources told the BBC's James Landale.
This is because Great Britain does not have full diplomatic relations with these countries.
And North Korea and Nicaragua have only been invited to send ambassadors, not heads of state.
No one from Russia, Belarus and Myanmar has been invited.
Diplomatic relations between the UK and Russia have collapsed since the Russian invasion of Ukraine and a spokesman for Russian President Vladimir Putin said he was "not considering" attending the funeral.
The UK has also significantly reduced its diplomatic presence in Myanmar since a military coup in the country in February 2021.
