Britney Spears' recent comments on Instagram caused the singer to face a lot of criticism.
In a controversial post, Spears wrote, among other things, that "if I had Christina Aguilera's ballerinas, I'd look tiny."
In addition, she accompanied the post with a quote from Rodney Dangerfield saying: "I realized there was only one way to look thin: hang out with fat people."
"Body shaming others is not ok," someone wrote. "You should delete this post," said another. "This is rude. I'm disappointed," read another comment. "You don't need to put a woman down to feel good about yourself."
After her comment, Christina Aguilera removed Britney from Instagram.
Earlier this week, Britney admitted to her Instagram followers that she "subconsciously" wants to "offend people" because she's been "offended so much" throughout her life, especially while in the care of of her father, who had control over every action and decision of her life.
