The science of attraction is complex and difficult to predict, as what is attractive to one person is not to another. Earlier, in Western culture facial markings were considered unattractive, while in other cultures they were perceived as a sign of maturity and courage. However, recent studies have concluded that men with facial scars are more attractive to women, as they are unconsciously associated with strength and health.

They are very interesting for women's eyes. They look very masculine and give the idea that they take on any kind of challenge that comes their way. In fact, it has been found that such men are more likely to have flirtations and short romances compared to those without facial marks, as they are considered more careful, polite and suitable for married life.
3. The signs represent the image of the bad boy and this is reflected and made famous in series/movies
The big screen has made bad boys very attractive to girls, associating danger with adrenaline, passion and adventure. That being said, a man's face with a sign is associated with such characteristics that are attractive to girls, if only for a short time.
