Instagram now allows you to "pin" up to 3 posts or reels to your profile. So put these posts at the top of the profile, as if you had recently posted them.
The update is similar to that of Twitter and TikTok, where you can do virtually the same thing.

You can make a pin by going to the three dots in the upper right corner of each post and from there clicking on "Pin to Your Profile". If you do, any existing posts will be pushed to the right.
This new feature was conceived in January this year and was officially announced in April.
