On June 4, Hailey and Justin Bieber were photographed in Cipriani in New York City after his concert at the Barclays Center. The model was wearing a short white blouse, low-rise olive-colored skirt, a light green bag and sneakers.
On Instagram, Bieber jokingly wrote that "she stole her husband's pants."

And though it does not in the first sense of the word, the idea stands. Skirts, military or at least more "boyish", seem to continue to be a trend this season.
The ideal combination? With a crop top, just like Hailey.
