For example, 18 pieces of apricots had 137 calories instead of 163 as defined by the "Father" method, while 23 almonds translated into 129 calories and not 168. So no matter how many calories are read on the labels of their packaging, it is certain that they are less than that. Even fewer calories, dried fruits remain very nutritious.
