Overweight and obesity are two main reasons why people need to lose extra pounds. Other reasons include: having more energy during the day, feeling better about yourself, and so on.
The following stories are just personal stories, not diet prescriptions or doctor consultations, but they can help you get started.
1. Check the portions you eat and walk 2 km a day. Then I started swimming, I continued walking and from there, I started building strength (working with weights).
2. I started never ordering outside again, but cooking at home. I vowed to get my body moving somehow, every day.
3. I counted every calorie I consumed. I did about 15,000 steps every day and made sure I slept 7 hours or more.
4. I did not consume carbohydrates on all days of the week.
5. I trained a lot and regularly in the gym.
6. No specific diet, only calorie reduction and exercise 5-6 times a week.
7. I gave up fast food and fizzy drinks. I am drinking more water and going to the gym regularly.

9. I made radical changes to the way I ate. Now it's the turn of the gym.
10. I started not doing cardio anymore, but gaining more weight. The road I used to take by bus, I now do on foot.
