You happen to wake up in the morning and see black circles under your eyes. Definitely, it happens to us all. Normally it may be your body telling you you should not have stayed up all night watching Netflix series, but it could be something even more disturbing than that. Black circles may indicate that your nose is blocked.
The skin around the eyes is very thin, so it can highlight everything that is hidden under the skin. Black circles can warn of blocked sinuses, often associated with seasonal allergies, such as pollen.
What can you do to cure it?
-Clean the nostrils in depth with a mixture of salt water. To do this use a syringe and press the release composition into the nose.
-Use unblockers for the nose, but in very limited quantities, as the body quickly becomes dependent on them.
If none of this helps, seek help from your otolaryngologist. Then you will probably no longer need to wear glasses inside the office.
