1. You have hormonal disorders
One of the most common causes for vaginal dryness is lowering estrogen levels during menopause, perimenopause, after birth or during breast feeding, but also cancer treatments such as chemotherapy or pelvic radiation can lead to lowerestrogen and decreased natural lubrication of the vagina. If you're not part of any of the above categories, it's certainly not.
2. You're not connected to your body during sex
If you just move and don't enjoy the moment, that's the factor. If you're cut off from your body and you're not allowing yourself to have fun, you're stopping vaginal lag. Stay in touch with your body, take a deep breath, get everything that worries you out of your mind, focus there. If you get excited, you'll get wet.
3. The medication you're taking is drying you up
Anti-allergy or cooling medications with antihistamine, even some asthma medications can cause vaginal dryness. Try taking other medications, certainly consulting with the doctor and addressing some of the most natural cures.
4. Feel guilty or embarrassed during sex
Stop any negative thoughts about what you're doing. If your mind tells you you're doing something wrong, you have to change that concept. Conversely, consult with a therapist and talk about what worries you. Sex is natural, very beautiful, enjoy it.
5. Partner's okay in bed
If he's not doing what he should be doing, or not saying much to him in bed, you won't get wet as much as you could if you were with someone who knows all the right places well.
6. You're using the wrong detergent
Some women are allergic to chemicals that are in soap, detergents, hygiene products, paints or perfumes, which may be in your underwear or towels. This causes dryness and skin irritation. Even some lubricants, if not suitable for you, can cause drought, so review this part again. Use more natural detergents, or more natural lubricants.
