Even extroverts finally realized that after a tiring week you need and stay long inside the house does you good. The pandemic helped us to adapt even more to this idea, so think more often about the long baths on Friday nights and 0 plans to go outside.
3. Normalize discussions about mental health
Have you noticed that there is a lot more talk about mental health lately? The problem has always existed, as has the taboo of talking at length about it. Thankfully, 2020-2021 gave it the importance it deserves and this should be ongoing.
4. True friends, not many
During these difficult years you may have more clearly understood who they are, so take care of the circle and become selective.
5. Personal space
Finally now we can stay a little bit apart physically and when we need to, of course!
6. Reducing fixation to look beautiful at all times
Another challenge that was fought throughout the pandemic. We realized that make-up is not so important and that we can do it perfectly with self-confidence even if we stay from breakfast to dinner in pajamas.
