Jessie J revealed through Instagram, a few hours before climbing the stage of The Hotel Cafe in Los Angeles, that she lost her child.
She said that she decided to have a child only because “it is all she wanted and life is short. "Getting pregnant was a miracle and an experience I will never forget and I know I will have it again."
Starting her statement with a heart-broken emoji, she wrote: "Yesterday morning I was laughing with a friend saying 'seriously, but how am I going to spend my concert in LA tomorrow night without telling the whole audience that I'm pregnant' .
"Yesterday afternoon I was afraid of the thought of going to the concert for fear of feeling bad, after I went for the third check-up and I was told there was no more heartbeat."
The post was accompanied by a photo of a positive pregnancy test at home. "Sometimes love will not be enough to make [the pregnancy] work, and that's okay. "It does not mean that you have failed," she wrote.
"This morning I feel like I have no control over my emotions. I can regret posting this. Or not. In fact I do not know. What I do know is that I want to sing tonight. Not because I am avoiding grief or the process, but because I know it will help me. ”

Jessie also found that the painful experience is not preventing her from trying again. She considered the loss of the child "the most lonely feeling in the world."
The artist is currently single. Her last relationship was with actor Channing Tatum. They bonded in 2018, split up several times until 2019 and reunited in January 2020, to end in April of that same year.
