2. Exfoliation: Use a soft bristle brush and an exfoliating scrub to speed up the collagen production process and improve the appearance of the skin. Choose only one exfoliating product. If you use more than one, it can irritate the skin.
3. Cocoa butter or shea butter: They are nutritious and contain vitamin E, which is good for skin health.
4. Stretch mark creams: These creams are sold without a prescription and contain a mixture of ingredients that theoretically help to fade scars and improve skin elasticity.
