Halloween, which dates back to ancient Celtic culture and was then associated with the tradition of casting out dead spirits who were believed to return home, is today for many people just a common holiday to wear scary and one more reason much to celebrate (though in pandemic).
Globalization has made this holiday embraced by Albanians. We believe that we all agree that attention to it increases year after year. Costs as well. According to a Monitor article , Albanians are making "scary" spending on October 31st.
