Jason Derulo and his partner, Jena Frumes, decided to end the relationship four months after they became parents.
"Jena and I have decided to separate," Derulo wrote on Twitter on Thursday. "She is an amazing mother, but we think being separated at this time will allow us to be the best versions of ourselves and the best parents we can be. Please respect our privacy at this time. . ”
Derulo and fitness model became the parents of their son, Jason King, on May 8th.
Frumes and Derulo began dating shortly before the coronavirus pandemic, according to People. The couple announced the pregnancy in March. "I saw him [in the gym] and thought of talking to him. Thats it. The rest is history, ”Derulo told Page Six last year.
Regarding parenting, the singer has described it as "the biggest challenge".
