The singer - whose real name is Claire Boucher - explained to Vogue that the boy, X Æ A-Xii, calls her Claire because "she can not be identified" with the word "mother".
"I think having a child is a great rebirth for me, like being artistically reborn. Being a mother is strange. For some reason, I do not identify with that word. "It's really weird because X calls me 'Claire' but not 'Mom.'
