Kim Kardashian made people turn their heads after arriving in New York wearing Balenciaga from head to toe, all with skin.
Kim was photographed getting out of the car, wearing a leather coat, gloves, pants and stiletto boots. Most important of all: the mask (not at all common) of the face.

Kim accompanied the Instagram post with just a knife emoji.
