There is no extraordinary secret. It's just the way we handle everyday things.
1. Work hard
Work for at least 3 hours a day without being distracted. Forget social networks, phones, emails. Stay focused and give up anything that may distract you, as this is the only key to getting where you want to be.
2. Wake up and fall asleep at the same hour every day.
Thus, your energy level will increase you will build discipline in yourself.
3. Postpone pleasures for later
Too many parties, too many TVs, video games, junk food, etc., can ruin your motivation to do valuable things. Work hard now and sacrifice a few things, to meet long-term goals and later make the life you dream of.
4. Work at least 3 times a week with your body and brain
By exercising regularly you become more disciplined, agile and energetic. The key is sustainability.
5. How you do something is the way you do everything!
If you do not give 100% of your time when you exercise, you will not give it to your business either. Treat everything seriously and give your best. You will see how life will change.
6. Practice gratitude
Be thankful every day. Walk being grateful for every opportunity you have been given so far.
