Frozen strawberry cheesecake for 5 minutes is ready!
Easy to make, inexpensive and perfect for hot summer afternoons while watching your favorite series.
Ingredients:
150 grams of biscuits, for the base of the cheesecake.
75 grams of melted butter
2 egg whites
100 grams of sugar
250 grams of pastry cream
1 squeezed lemon
100 grams of mascarpone
300 grams of whole strawberries
Preparation
Chop the biscuits a little and lay the base of the pan with it. Next, toss the melted butter and stir until the biscuits have absorbed it. While putting this in the freezer, in a bowl pour the egg whites, sugar and pastry cream. Stir for 5 minutes.
In another small bowl, pour the mascarpone and lemon juice stirring until well combined with each other. There, toss the previously mixed cream along with the strawberries. Remove the biscuit base from the fridge and toss the cream with all the other ingredients. Once you have covered the surface with strawberries, put them in the freezer overnight, or if you are not expecting, for 3 hours. What to eat!
