Growing up in a religious school, I was taught that "those who have sex die" and when I grew up, I became more "rebellious" in terms of exploring myself and my sexuality. At a young age, I realized that masturbation was the key to my enjoyment. So, I spent weeks masturbating to show you how it is.

What about the evening?
In fact, the evenings I saw no change. Usually, many people say that masturbating in the evening made them sleep faster and better, but it did not help me that much. This was a bit disappointing actually, but after all, all bodies react differently.
I can tell you that I will continue to enjoy myself, as long as it makes me feel good and trust me, we all deserve to feel good about ourselves and moreover, know how to please it;)
