The Czech Republic striker kicked a bent ball from beyond the midfield. Despite the effort of Scottish goalkeeper David Marshall, the ball ended up in the net.

Schick scored both goals in the Czechs' 2-0 victory, but the second is the one that is being commented on at length.

This goal is the longest in the European Championship since 1980, reports CNN.
