Dakota Johnson is officially in Rome, ready to begin filming. On April 18, with her first day on set fast approaching, Johnson and co-star Jessie Buckley turned into tourists while they still had the chance. Johnson's silk dress and ballerina flats were so stunning, they would look perfect in any movie. For stylists, this look received special attention early on.

Johnson was clearly happy to be back in Italy after nine months. The Eternal City always brings out the best in her style, as seen in this elegant dress. She is among the latest celebrities to embrace the silk dress's comeback, following Rihanna, Meghan Markle and Sarah Pidgeon. (Johnson tried the trend earlier in Italy last summer, when she paired a black blouse with a white silk skirt.)

The aptly named “Florence” dress featured a scoop neckline, a slightly structured waist, and a mid-calf length. The soft, light blue silk gave it a very light and easy-to-wear feel, as the brand aims for. The “Materialists” actress could have paired it with a spring jacket and sandals, but she opted for minimalist accessories that kept the look simple.

First, Johnson threw the sleeves of her sweater over her shoulder, Kendall Jenner-style. Then, a red leather bag was slung over her shoulder. The $2,450 bag is quickly becoming one of her favorite accessories, as she's worn it on other outings as well.

Finally, Johnson replaced the tourist's sneakers with ballet flats with ribbon ties, with almost no visible soles. They looked very light and slipper-like, just like another pair of velvet ones she had worn earlier with jeans and a boho top.
