Ayurveda describes sleep as a basic instinct of life, essential for all living beings. We need to renew and regenerate our body, mind and soul. In Ayurveda, sleep is one of the three pillars of good health, known as nidra. In addition to sleep we have food (ahara) and sex (brahmacarya). Proper balance of these three elements is required for a healthy life.
According to Ayurveda clock, it is better to wake up before sunrise and sleep before 10:00. As you may have read , Ayurveda focuses on healing the whole body and is based on the idea that a person's dosha, a kind of bodily humor, determines his personality and health.
Ayurveda is based on the idea that the world is made up of five elements - aakash (space), jala (water), prithvi (earth), teja (fire) and vayu (air). A combination of each element results in three humors, or doshas, ??known as vata, kapha and pitta. These folders are believed to be responsible for a person's physiological, mental and emotional health.

Vata
Foods: milk, coconut milk, meat soup, avocado, butter, rice.
Sleep: foot and body massage; sesame oil for scalp massage; avoid standing in front of the TV or do not use the phone before bed; ventilate the room; keep the room environment dark; light chromatic candles with chamomile, lavender and sweet oranges.
Sex: fits best when they have intimacy; are not obsessed with sex with multiple partners; have important receiving love.
Pitta
Foods: fresh foods like fruits; dates; medium and not abundant dinner; light meals with rice and a little buttermilk; warm milk.
Gjumi: masazh për këmbët; flini në një dhomë të freskët dhe të ajrosur; përdorni vajra esencialë si jasemini, trëndafilat; mbulohuni me batanije të lehtë.
