Doctors and sex therapists say they have started getting questions about "forgetting to have sex" after a very long absence without a "sex life" due to the pandemic.
"People are hungry for the community, to socialize, and there's this concern: 'Wow, it's been so long since I last had sex.' There's a concern they probably won't know how to do. ", says Ev-Yan Whitney, sexologist.
Samantha, 21, says she "had a normal sex life before Covid, but has now forgotten what it is like to 'feel comfortable'.
People on Twitter write:
"I forgot how to have sex. Please, some advice."
"What if I forgot how to have sex?"
"Next time I have sex, I will give my best."
So finally: If a month, a year or more has passed since the last time you had sex, is it possible to forget how?
No, such a thing does not exist, but experts say it is a "skill that can be perfected." Read a book, listen to a podcast, practice and most importantly, do not worry: Sexuality is "born" for us.
