How many times have you caught yourself trying to decipher a message from someone you care about? This may be an interesting game, but it can also be a little tedious.
"There are many factors you can use to determine if someone likes you," Jonathan Bennett tells Bustle, a dating expert. "This includes voice tone, facial expressions, physical touch and other body language indicators."
When talking to someone online, all of these are missing and words can be easily misinterpreted or misunderstood. So what should you do?
Stef Safran, another relationship expert, says it is best to ask for or accept a date. The more often you are face to face, the more chances you will have to understand how the person in front feels. Here are some signs they can say yes, according to experts:
1. Send long and detailed messages.
2. Their messages are appealing. One thing leads to another and rarely does the conversation get stuck in place.
3. Respond quickly, even if you haven't returned them in hours.
4. They start calling you by pet names or nicknames that only you know.
5. Occasionally place a heart-shaped emoji.
6. They seem worried and interested in you and everything that is happening in your life.
7. They make you nice compliments more often than before.
8. When they are late in answering or do not answer the call or make any other similar "mistake", they make sure to apologize and explain at length what happened.
9. Remember your personal jokes or jokes that only you two understand.
10. Start talking more freely with you. They tell you personal stories, talk about family, etc.
11. They are your first message in the morning and your last in the evening.
