Through a post on social networks, the Minister of Health Ogerta Manastirliu said that "the light at the end of the tunnel is approaching more and more every day" as a result of the vaccination campaign.
Referring to the data of the global barometer for the vaccination rate, Manastirliu said:
"A comparison of the rate of vaccination of the population (weekly average per 100 inhabitants), over the last 10 days. We continue to be determined with our plan of 500 thousand vaccinations by May, and the entire population by next spring."
Meanwhile, in an interview for the show "Dola te Ola" on News24, the Minister of State for Reconstruction, Arben Ahmetaj, said that the country is moving towards opening. According to him, in May Albania will be fully opened.
At the moment, restrictive measures remain in force, such as the ban on movement from 20:00 to 06:00 in the morning (with the exception of necessary movements) as well as the ban on gatherings.
