5,000 music lovers will attend a concert in Barcelona after taking part in a screening for Covid, to prove the plan's effectiveness in preventing virus outbreaks during major cultural events.
Shën.red. Screening: Check through a series of questions asked to determine a person's risk for Covid-19. They include questions about symptoms that are experience, travel history in recent weeks and exposure to someone who has been confirmed to have Covid-19.
The show today by the group Love of Lesbian has the special permission of the country's health authorities, while the rest of Spain faces strict measures of social distance.
People with heart disease, cancer or those who have been in contact with someone infected with Covid-19 in recent weeks were asked not to register. Ticket buyers chose between the three places in Barcelona where they have to undergo a rapid antigen test on Saturday morning. Those with negative results got a coPalau Sant Jordid on the phone confirming the ticket for the show in the arena, which starts at 19:00. Masks will be mandatory.
