"The Father", "Judas and the Black Messiah", "Mank", "Minari", "Nomadland", "Promising Young Woman", "Sound of Metal" and "The Trial of the Chicago 7" will face the most award Highlights at the 2021 Oscars - Best Picture. Netflix's "Mank" was nominated for 10 major nominations, including "Best Director" (David Fincher) and "Best Actor" (Gary Oldman) and "Best Actress in a Leading Role" (Amanda Seyfried). "The Father", "Judas and the Black", "Nomadland", "Sound of Metal" and "The Trial of the Chicago" are ranked with six nominations.
The "Best International Film" category also includes "Quo Vadis, Aida", a dramatic film about the massacre of Serb forces in the town of Srebrenica. Directed and written by Jasmila ?bani?, the film is a co-production of countries such as Bosnia and Herzegovina, Austria, Germany, France, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Romania and Turkey.
