Philanthropist MacKenzie Scott, one of the richest people in the world has remarried after divorce from Amazon CEO Jeff Bezos.
This time, the billionaire has crowned love with a teacher from Seattle and it was the latter who confirmed the news of the marriage this weekend.
"I am married to one of the most generous and good people I know and I have joined her goal to spend a large portion of her wealth in the service of others," said Dan Jewett.
Even in her biography, Amazon writes of Scott that she "lives in Seattle with 4 children and her husband Dan."
This marriage came after the completion of the 25-year marriage of Scott and Bezos. Thanks to the divorce, MacKenzie was ranked among the richest people on Earth and currently according to Forbes owns a fortune of $ 53 billion. A good portion of this revenue has gone to charity. This December alone, Scott donated $ 4.2 billion to 384 organizations.
The new husband, who is also a teacher, plans to follow in her footsteps.
