After the publication of the images on social networks of the concert held in Ferizaj on the occasion of Kosovo's Independence Day, apart from the followers who complimented him for the atmosphere created, many people severely criticized Fifi for "lack of responsibility". In a video on Instagram Stories, she responded:
"[You say that] you do not think about your family, you do not think about your district, you do not think about mother and father, you do not think about the elderly at home, you do not think about society. Correct. It is possible that we are selfish and think only of ourselves and how to do two more things and it does not matter if the virus spreads. But believe me if we are selfish, then the selfish one loves himself more than everyone else and saves himself and I had stayed home. But at least one day, I wanted to feel like all the people I live with and that one day everything will be back to normal. ”
The singer's sentence is vague, because in order to return to normalcy, we must not gather indoors. She adds:
"Every day of God, I see you commenting here in cafes, in bars. Isn't the virus spread like that? You who live here, drink coffee every day of God. ”
Fifi is partly right, but allowing cafes, bars and pubs up to a certain time is allowed by law, so it is a government decision, while gatherings and parties are not. Unlike Fifi and everyone else present at the nightclub in Ferizaj, citizens who drink coffee do not break the anti-Covid regulation, because there is no rule that prohibits drinking coffee.
"Aren't you spreading the virus?" Ah, no! It only distributes art, music, theater, movie meetings, if it goes to ballet, if it organizes a wedding, ”he added, again a vague sentence, as long as followers do not claim that music spreads the virus, but the nightclub where music is played yes.
During the statement, Fifi added that people should become more positive, that she knows that "the virus has very badly affected the brain", but they should calm down and distribute positive energy. Among other things, the singer focused on the influence of artists on the pandemic.
"I have been out of work for 11 months. Neither the state nor you, no one is interested in what the artists are doing. Did anyone care about the financial situation of the artists? Has anyone helped artists to make art? Jo. So ladies and gentlemen do not touch. Ok? Think for yourself and God bless you. But do not touch me because I am 11 months out of work. Me and all the other artists. Thank you."
Fifi's concern is justified, because the artists were one of the most affected by the pandemic, but nevertheless we do not believe that justifies the lack of responsibility, at least for Fifi who, unlike many other artists, is engaged in other projects, such as the work in "Look who's playing".
