In some offices, every 1st day, when you are probably waiting for your salary, some employees throw sugar, rice, and even lentils around the office for a lucky month. Others light the candle because the boss wants it. For Valentine, another office distributes (jokingly we believe) safeguards so that human resources evade maternity leave in November. Common and pleasant traditions
1. Meeting after 18:00 for two more words. It should make us look in love after work.
2. We all drink coffee then start work.
3. On Fridays we can dress casually.
4. Every Monday / Friday we write on the board expressions from our favorite series (mostly "Friends").
5. Every Friday, we leave work an hour early and drink or eat sushi.
6. Every Christmas, we gather in the kitchen to eat breakfast together.
Traditions not ordinary, but pleasant
7. On the first Tuesday of every month, we all cook something and make brunch. (Meal that is neither breakfast nor lunch).
8. Whoever enters the kitchen first puts the espresso in the socket, always.
9. We buy crossword puzzles on holidays alternated on the basis of holidays.
10. For March 8, the boss brings us all the yellow tulips.
11. Një nga kolegët, të premten e fundit të muajit, gatuan te kuzhina e punës për të gjithë ne të tjerët.
12. Çdo ditë, në orën 11:30 hamë kos me fruta dhe drithëra.
13. Bëjmë Babagjyshin Sekret për Krishtlindje/Vit të Ri. (Dhurata për njëri-tjetrin por duke e mbajtur sekret kush i dhuroi kujt).
Tradita “të gjithë bashkë”
14. Të premteve hamë sushi dhe pimë alkool.
15. Shpërndahen llokume për çdo ditëlindje të burrave, vajzave, nipërve dhe mbesave. Për çdo rast, shkojnë tre njerëz për urim a ngushëllim dhe të tjerët vendosin lekë.
Tradita jo dhe aq të zakonshme
16. Kontroll pastërtie personale çdo të hënë. Na masin edhe gjatësinë e thonjve. (Ndjekësja nuk specifikoi vendin e punës).
17. Bëhemi tap çdo të premte.
18. Çdo datë 1 e besojmë vendin e punës me ujë të bekuar të marrë nga Kisha e Laçit.
